Teacher Cha’s Hello Music School — 10 years, a practical music school chosen by 600 people

trust in numbers

The most important thing to ask when choosing a training center is “Is this place trustworthy?” The operating records disclosed by this training center are as follows.

What is noteworthy is the average course duration. It is common for people to stop taking musical instrument lessons after only a few months, but the average is 2 to 3 years. This can be seen as a structure in which learners remain for a long time.

Representative Instructor — Teacher Cha

Teacher Cha's performance by the representative instructor of Hello Music School
Representative instructor who is an active guitarist

The representative instructor graduated from the Department of Applied Music at Soongsil University Conservatory of Music. Studied with jazz fingerstyle guitarist Shuji Hata. I am still active in bands of various genres.

  • Band Re-Feel, Reminice, Storyseller, Vluesy, etc.
  • Broadcasting activities such as MTV, Arirang TV, EBS, and SBS dramas
  • Other artist guidance (f(x) Krystal, Girl’s Day Minah, etc.)
  • Attended W Applied Music Academy for 6 years
  • Many performances at government offices, schools, and corporate events

The fact that active performers on stage teach directly is difficult to convey through textbooks alone. It also means that you can learn the real sense of performance and stage experience.

Courses offered — 6 fields

Another feature of the curriculum is that it is designed so that you can experience two instruments and find the one that suits you.

Various musical instruments such as ukulele and guitar
We also offer musical instruments such as acoustic guitar and ukulele that you can easily get started with.

Step-by-Step Curriculum — Drum Course Example

Each subject is divided into levels, and progress is made step by step within each level. Take the drum process as an example:

LEVEL 01 · Beginner (Level 5)

LEVEL 02 · Intermediate (Level 4)

Double kick, funk rhythm, shuffle groove, etc. with the goal of “faster, more accurately, more musically” Covers advanced techniques and musical expression.

From the perspective that “the first step to becoming a good drummer is having an accurate sense of tempo” It proceeds in a way that solidifies the basics without skipping them.

Completing what you have learned on stage

One of the characteristics of this training center is that it does not end with practice.

  • Holding our own regular performances
  • Experience in collaboration with ensembles and other parts
  • Quarterly performance video recording and monitoring
  • Opportunities to participate in local performances, busking, and volunteer activities

The skills required are different when practicing alone and when matching sounds with others. Experience with ensembles and performances is often an opportunity to take your skills to the next level.

Facilities and additional support

  • Equipped with musical instruments such as piano, guitar, drums, etc.
  • Complete with lounge and parking lot
